Little Miss Rylee

Rylee is the adorable daughter of Kristie and Shannon, featured in my previous post.  She is too darn cute and also too darn quick for my plain ol' digital camera.  I'm hoping that once I get a Digital SLR I'll be able to better capture this little busy bee...

Kristie & Shannon

Back in November, I took some engagement pictures of my co-worker and her fiance in Downtown Minot.  They were just for fun, but ended up turning out quite well.  In fact, they were so pleased with the photos they hired me to take their wedding pictures in the fall of 2010.  I'm extremely excited for the opportunity, but also have a lot of studying to do!  Here are some of my favorites.  And by "some" I mean "a lot"...

Makeover

Dear Blog World:

I'm planning on making over this here blog relatively soon so that it will better correspond with my website, Articulate1.  That way I can share different photos, print and art projects, news, information, and ideas better.  So be on the lookout for that...whoever you are...

Peace to you.

The one time someone calls me...

So...funny story... Yesterday I wore a dress with tights to work. I haven't worn tights in I don't know how long, which made me feel like a giant two year old. That's not so funny, but this is...

During my lunch break I went home to eat and let my dogs out and what not. As I was getting ready to leave, my hands were full with my tray of plates and then I was trying to get my dogs into the kitchen. Since I didn't want to forget my cellular and because I didn't have pockets I (naturally) tucked it in between my dress and tank top in the chest area. The kicker is, I forgot it was there until I was in the middle of an appointment with a client and my tatas started ringing. Flustered, I plunged my hand into my bosom to retrieve my cell phone saying, "Well, this is embarrassing. I don't normally put it here."

Yeah...that was awkward.

P.S. I'd like to thank my mom for calling me.
